Processing and dispatch

We normally process and ship orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders received before noon Eastern Time may ship the same day, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Any different dispatch estimate for a preorder or special item will be shown before purchase.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will explain the delay and offer the applicable choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund. We will not substitute store credit for a refund you are entitled to receive.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Transit times begin after shipment and are additional to processing time unless checkout expressly shows a combined delivery estimate. Carrier delays, customs processing, and holidays may affect arrival dates.

Rates and free shipping

Shipping charges are shown before you pay. Free standard shipping is available for U.S. delivery addresses on order totals of $150 or more after discounts, including applicable sales tax and excluding shipping. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $15 standard shipping rate. Express or upgraded shipping is not included unless expressly stated at checkout. International orders do not qualify for this free-shipping offer.

International orders

We offer international shipping to destinations supported at checkout, subject to carrier availability and destination restrictions. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, contact us before ordering.

International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges. Where these are collected at checkout, they will be identified; otherwise, the carrier or customs authority may collect them separately. These charges are not additional Moda X shipping fees. Contact us if you need help understanding the charges shown for your order.

Mandatory consumer rights in your destination remain applicable where required by law.
